Freshman Success Workshop Series

Greetings, Class of 2029!

My name is Kaelan Hsu, and I am the Director of Academic Success here at Christendom. I’m very excited to welcome each one of you to campus this August! Today, I would like to share with you our Freshman Success Workshop Series videos. These workshops contain helpful tips and strategies for succeeding in the areas many new students struggle with when adjusting to college-level academics: Time Management, Note Taking, Study Skills, and Paper Writing.

Below you will find links to each of the workshop videos. While you are not required to watch them, I encourage you to check them out if you have any hesitations or concerns about your academic life in college. Completing these workshops will give you the resources you need to begin your semester on a strong note.

Student ID Card

Your College Identification Card will be issued to you by the Library staff the first day you arrive to campus. Your ID card is of upmost importance for these reasons:

• to use as a library card
• to receive meals in the St. Lawrence Common
• to access residence halls and other buildings on campus

If you need access to your Student ID number prior to arriving on campus, it can be found on your profile page on MyChristendom.

Important Dates

• August 10: Fall 2025 payments are due.
• Two Weeks Prior to the Start of the Semester: Roommate and residence hall assignments will be emailed to you.
• August 22: Move-In Day and Welcome Weekend begins!
