Celebrate National 4-H Week with Goosechase! |
We are hosting another Goosechase Experience to help Celebrate National 4-H Week! Goosechase is an electronic scavenger hunt. The 4-H Goosechase is a virtual team mission-based scavenger hunt played through the Goosechase App for FREE. You will have missions for your team to complete. Missions have a name, description, and point value and are achieved through snapping photos, texting in answers, or GPS location tags. As you complete missions, your team will accrue points at a chance to win great prizes!
Each club will need to set up a Club team. The Goosechase kicked off on Sunday, October 4, and ends on Sunday, November 8. During the experience, new missions will be released. Members can complete challenges at a club meeting, at home, etc. The team with the most points will win a prize as a club.
There will be bonus missions and opportunities to earn more points for clubs who participate at the county-wide Officer Training.

Rosendale 4-H Club: October 4, 2026 |
Submitted by Reporter, Emer Curtis
The Rosendale 4-H club met on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 5:00p.m., at Rose-Eld Farms. After pledges and roll call we had the secretary’s and treasurer’s report. We congratulated our new officers, talked about the county achievement program, the cloverbud pumpkin contest and the Culver’s fundraiser night set for November 2, from 4:30 to 7 p.m.
For New Business we talked about the county 4-H fall kickoff will be on October 7 from 6-8 p.m. Then we talked about another fun goosechase at the county to kickoff national 4-H week and will start on October 4. Eve shared the officer training scheduled for November 7 at the Fond du Lac County campus. Eve also talked about the fall annual adult leader’s association meeting is on November 5 and there is a winter leadership camp in January.
Our next meeting will be Sunday, November 1, 2026 at noon at Peace Lutheran Church for our award’s banquet. After the meeting ended, we enjoyed a hayride and before the meeting we got to carve pumpkins. It was so much fun!

All 4-H club officers elected for 2026-27 are invited and encouraged to participate in the annual club Officer Training Workshop on Saturday, November 7. Check in will be from 9:15-9:30 am and the workshop will promptly start at 9:30am at the Fond du Lac County Campus in room 205/206 with free pizza to follow the workshop at 12pm!
Participants will learn the responsibilities of their officer positions, so it is important that all officers attend. Officers will also meet other 4-H members from throughout the county, and this will give them a chance to exchange ideas and build new relationships.
