It's Teacher Appreciation Week!
St M's amazing and talented faculty and staff ignite the imagination, nurture young minds, and go ABOVE and BEYOND every day to bring learning to life for our students. Join us in celebrating them during Teacher Appreciation Week!
Let's shower the teachers this week with acts of kindness. Please encourage your Dragon to write a card, create a piece of art, or even pick some flowers to share with teachers. The week also includes daily treats and a luncheon.

Spring Break Begins at NOON this Friday (Early Dismissal)A friendly reminder that this Friday, March 7, is a NOON DISMISSAL DAY as St M begins Spring Break. (No afternoon Extended Day). The School will be closed March 10-14. Have a fun and restful week!

Spring Academic Calendar Important Update
Per a letter that was sent to families on February 26, and in light of the instructional time lost due to recent weather and water-related closures, St M has amended the spring 2025 academic calendar to now hold classes on:
- Monday, April 21 (Easter Monday, now a designated school day)
- Monday, May 5 (Faculty Professional Development Day, now a designated school day)

Ash Wednesday Chapel Service
St. Michael's will administer ashes at the Wednesday, March 5, chapel service to all students who wish to receive them. All children will walk forward with their classmates, though if any students do not wish to receive ashes, they may cross their arms over their chests to receive a simple blessing. Please talk with your child(ren) about your own faith tradition(s) and how that informs your family's choice about how they will participate.

For the health and safety of all of our students, faculty, and staff, thank you for informing St. Michael’s if your child is ill and/or has a suspected contagious illness.
Upon receipt of this information, Nurse Maben, St M's school nurse, will contact the family. Please keep your child(ren) AT HOME until contacted by Nurse Maben.
