Do you love to walk the CURC Trails?
Join Us for Trail Tuesdays in July!
We've forged a new sustainable trail as part of our 30-year Anniversary of the Creighton University Retreat Center, and now we need volunteers to help us smooth it, slope the bank, and prepare it for our retreatants. Come any Tuesday in July and learn how to use trail tools and work with others who love to spend time in nature and on our trails.
We will work 9:00-Noon with lunch following your shift. If you’d like to work in the afternoon, we can accommodate that as well. Please sign up for one or all of these days. Benefit-eligible Creighton employees can use their volunteer hours. Please register at least one week in advance of the day you’re volunteering. Our 30th Anniversary Year
The Retreat Center is celebrating their 30-year anniversary in a variety of ways. From May 2024 through May 2025 there will be:

A historical timeline in the back of the dining hall celebrating the history from the land through varied ownership, development, and retreat groups, before and after the Creighton purchase
- Video & written testimonials of retreatant’s experiences, and a chance to share your own
- Anniversary Cakes throughout the year

A day of celebration! Sunday, September 15th we will celebrate the 30 years that Creighton has owned and operated the Creighton University Retreat Center
- 3 Day Ignatian Silent Retreats throughout the year.
