Dear PTPA Family:
As we enter the final days of our Lenten journey and prepare our hearts to celebrate the joy of Easter, we pray that this season has been one of renewal, reflection, and deepened faith for each of you. Very soon, we will proclaim with the universal Church:
|
May the hope of the Resurrection fill you and your communities with peace, courage, and renewed commitment to the mission we share.
We continue to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our members for your active participation and ongoing engagement with PTPA. Your dedication, shown through your presence, your collaboration, your questions, and your shared wisdom truly strengthens our community and fuels our mission.
Because of your continued support, PTPA has been able to accompany and guide our members in meaningful and practical ways, including:
|
- facilitating conversations and engagement with your twinned sister parishes,
-
helping identify and navigate challenges faced on both sides,
- brainstorming together to discover new solutions,
- supporting the development of new tools that are practical and useful for strengthening parish relationships,
- assisting with communication, especially through Creole translation, to ensure messages are clear and understood,
-
sharing practical resources relevant to your specific contexts and realities,
- hosting Zoom gatherings where key partners and fellow members highlight valuable resources,
- offering space to exchange lessons learned, including reflections from the Haiti Parish Visit Pilot,
-
consolidating key findings from recent engagements and initiatives and sharing them with the wider PTPA community for learning and use.
|
These moments of collaboration, discernment, and shared mission are only possible because of the generosity of our members and supporters.
As an organization, PTPA does not charge any fees for its services; we rely entirely on your contributions to sustain this work and to continue walking with parish communities in the U.S., Haiti and Latin America.
As we look ahead, we encourage you to prayerfully consider continuing your support through a donation to PTPA. Your generosity directly strengthens our ability to serve and to accompany parishes in building relationships rooted in faith, solidarity, and mutual respect.
May the risen Christ bless you and your families abundantly this Easter. Thank you for all the ways you help bring hope, light, and renewal to our shared mission.
With gratitude and Easter joy,
The PTPA Team

Phase 2 Haiti Parish Visit Pilot Program– South and SouthEast Department |
The Haiti Parish Visit Pilot Program continues to support U.S. parishes that are currently unable to travel to Haiti. Through this initiative, our Haiti-based team led by our in‑country Representative, Domond conducts onsite visits to your twinned parishes to help maintain connection, gather accurate updates, and strengthen communication on your behalf.
After each visit, participating parishes receive a detailed report that includes:
• photos and documentation from the field,
• key observations
• priority needs, and
• recommendations for next steps
Follow‑up calls with Domond are also scheduled to provide additional clarity and deeper insight into the findings when needed.
The interest form period for Phase 2 has officially closed. Participating parishes will receive direct communication with next steps and the implementation timeline.
We are grateful for the strong interest in this initiative and look forward to connecting with your parishes, learning from them, and continuing to strengthen these important relationships.
