Lettuce tell you about the day Creighton tried to break the Guinness record for world’s longest sandwich but was foiled by Nebraska weather, moving a 1,000-foot-plus Subway sandwich into the Kiewit Fitness Center gym. Hundreds of students gathered to devour the giant sub, using pillowcases as makeshift to-go bags for the leftovers. It was a weird day.
