Dear Department Chairs -
I hope this message finds you well.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance and support our academic programs while developing our Academic Master Plan, we are conducting a survey to gather insights on program success and areas for growth. Your input, along with that of your faculty, will be invaluable in shaping our strategies and priorities within the Academic Master Plan.
Survey Details:
The survey includes the following questions:
What does it look like for a student to be "successful" in your program?
What does it mean for your program to be successful overall?
Based on your previous answer, how do you measure program success?
What does your program offer to YSU students that other regional and/or national programs don’t?
Identify three areas where you can vision growth and/or improvement for your program.
Beyond additional personnel, what are three items that would benefit your program?
Action Required:
Complete the Survey: Please complete the survey before our Office of Academic Affairs meeting with you over the next two weeks.
Distribute to Faculty: Kindly forward this survey to the faculty within your program to ensure we capture a broad range of perspectives.
