Here's to the New Year!

It has been a busy 2023 already! From hosting clients at the c21 office for workshops and trainings to a new member and brag-worthy successes, our team is taking the new year by storm!

Lily Becomes CREW Communications Co-Chair

Lily is the newest co-chair of the CREW Atlanta Communications Committee! Lily is a leader within the organization who helps to support the marketing and communications initiatives of CREW Atlanta — Commercial Real Estate for Women. From managing the social media accounts, creating or facilitating content for the website and blog, assisting with CREW Atlanta press releases and public relations and advertising the many fantastic events this organization hosts, the Communications Committee is a formidable and multidisciplined powerhouse of can-do women in Commercial Real Estate and its related industries.

“I’m honored to support and help lead a group of so many amazing professionals dedicated to diversity, parity and inclusion within these industries,” said Lily. “It’s an amazing thing to be part of something that’s so integral to where I live and work.”

In addition, Sharon Goldmacher moved from CREW Communications co-Chair to a spot on the CREW Atlanta Board of Directors, where she is the liaison to the Communications Committee.

A New c21er!

c21 is proud to announce that Emma Smith has been promoted to account manager! Emma started with c21 in August 2022 as an intern, and was so extraordinary we couldn’t let her go!

She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Master’s in Mass Communications in May 2022. Her first true love is research, which she got to explore as a Research Analyst at The Carolina Agency last year. She has also worked in marketing and communications for companies such as the Girl Scouts and Aii before landing at c21. We can't wait to see what's to come in 2023!

Frances' Film Awards

We already knew Frances was a film genius, but now everyone else can experience it too! Her most recent film, B Positive, was selected and was screened at the 5 Minute Film Festival on Saturday, February 18, in Lilburn which was only a short drive away!

Not only is she making her mark in Atlanta, but B Positive was also selected to be screened at the Oregon Screams Horror Film Festival! We'll catch you in L.A. next time.😎

Adams Media Training

We recently hosted a mix of commercial and residential real estate brokers from Adams Realtors for some media training! Adams Realtors is a boutique intown commercial and residential real estate company, which means they need to be experts at working with media and connecting to the public. c21 gave the lowdown on interviewing, social media, and targeted marketing!

CodexTen Brainstorming Session

CodexTen, the leading litigation execution management tech firm for the legal industry, met at the c21 office for a brainstorming session to help redefine their messaging for maximum impact, increased lead gen and more. CodexTen brings cost-saving innovative ways of handling eDiscovery, which is a growing and critical component of today's law firms.

c21 Plans for 2023 and Beyond!

It is that time of year again! c21 got together at Hothouse Inc. for our annual planning session! Did we take some breaks at Ponce City Market? Even go for happy hour? Maybe so. But we were able to discuss everything from operations to marketing. With vision statements written and goals set, we are ready for 2023 and beyond!
