His responsibilities at CTLGroup will include building and implementing business plans that grow market share, increasing brand equity, creating differentiation, and promoting solution value propositions. He brings 12 years of Marketing and Business Development experience in areas including; construction materials, oil drilling, industrial minerals, plastics and polymers coupled with 15 years of R&D experience.  Mr. Wawrzos has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and an MBA in Finance.
