FIT4MOM of the Month: Meet Rachel Burton!
Rachel started Body Back with FIT4MOM Cary/Durham in January 2015. She completed two Body Back 8-week sessions before moving to Chapel Hill and joining FIT4MOM Chapel Hill's fall Body Back 8-week sessionDuring 2015, Rachel completed a total of three Body Back 8-week sessions and one mini-session. She lost over 25 pounds and 7.5 inches all while gaining strength and endurance! Rachel improved from 20 bicep curls in one minute to 32; 12 push-ups in one minute to 30; 30 squats in one minute to 53; and her plank hold increased from 0:49 to 2:00!
You can now find Rachel rocking regular morning and evening Body Back workouts with her Body Back Alumni Membership. Rachel, you are a true inspiration, and we are so proud of you!
