Through the Maryland Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Program, students can discover their potential, develop their abilities to practice socially responsible leadership, and dive into a community of change makers.

Encourage students to join us for our upcoming programs this semester! All opportunities are open to all students. Most programs are free and have registration open now!

TLI -Intro is designed for beginning leaders and students who hope to be a leader on campus, in your career field, and in your community. Over five weeks, you’ll participate in hands-on activities and critical dialogue with a small group of peers around topics such as: leadership styles, ethics, identity, collaboration, and communication. Date: Weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays from Oct. 2nd - Nov. 1st

TLI -Plus is designed for experienced leaders in current campus/community leadership roles or who have participated in previous MLEAD programs. Over five weeks, you’ll participate in hands-on activities and critical dialogue with a small group of peers around topics such as: authority and power, conflict management, personal and group responsibility, and organizational sustainability. Date: Weekly on Tuesdays from Oct. 2nd - Oct. 30th

TLI -Student Organizations is designed for leaders of registered student organizations. Over five weeks, you’ll participate in hands-on activities and critical dialogue while networking with other student organization leaders. The program will allow you to assess organizational strengths and improvements in addition to building tools to enhance the dynamics, structure, mission, and decision-making of your group. Date: Weekly on Thursdays from Oct. 4th - Nov. 1st

Summit is a one-day dynamic experience for beginning leaders who want to emerge their individual leadership skills and style through interactive simulations and dialogues. Registration open on OrgSync!
