Dear Traveler:
Springtime in the mountains means mild temperatures, newly green things and a fair bit of rain. We have an old saying up in Transylvania County: April showers bring May flowers (and also plenty of action at the waterfalls so if you haven’t checked out Looking Glass Falls recently, I mean, Wow).
The summer season is very nearly upon us, and with that comes an ever-expanding list of ways to occupy your time, from outdoor adventure to musical reverie to opportunities to learn something new – no matter how much you think you already know. This time of year, Transylvania County is alive with the possibility of adventure. Get a jump on yours.
See you on the trail, The Adventurist
