ON THE ROAD 

Our latest On the Road took us to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The opportunity to visit pediatric facilities and children’s hospitals has always been exciting and significant. This is represented in the very essence of the work they do and reflected in how so many of these organizations get the true comprehensive nature of experience. That is, that it requires the engagement of all, not just patients, but families and the team that delivers and supports the delivery of care, to achieve the best in outcome.  

CASE STUDY 

Understanding that specialty and home infusion pharmacies can work in collaboration with hospitals to improve overall patient experience outcomes, Heritage Biologics expanded their patient experience program into the RXPX Initiative with the mindset that a movement was needed within the entire pharmacy industry.
