Tacoma, Inc, a Martinsville, Virginia based YUM! Brands franchisee owned and operated by long-time franchisees, Will Pannill, Tim Reith and Amy Lampe, has sold 25 Taco Bell restaurants, including the real estate underlying 21 of the locations, to an affiliate of BurgerBusters, Inc., owned and operated by Tassos Paphites, a franchisee since 1986. Eighteen of the stores are stand-alone Taco Bell restaurants, five are Taco Bell/ Pizza Hut express restaurants and two are Taco Bell/ Long John Silver’s co-branded restaurants.
