This signature event, held May 6 at the Detroit Troy Marriott, will celebrate HAVEN’s 41st year of serving victims of domestic and sexual violence. Join us in your best cocktail attire for a glamorous, fun-filled evening that includes a seated dinner, silent/live auction, entertainment and an exciting afterglow party.

Healing Beyond Words

Traumatic experiences can get “stuck” in your body and the field of energy that goes around and through your body. This group will involve activities to help release what’s “stuck”, including:

Yoga*
Elements of Dance*
Conscious Shaking
Chant, Mantra and Rhythmic Sound
Breathing Techniques
Guided Meditation (moving and seated)
