Micro-Learning: Preventing Peer-to-Peer Abuse |
As we continue to see reported peer-to-peer abuse incidents, it is critical that staff are frequently reminded of strategies they can use to supervise and prevent this type of abuse. Our micro-learning is a great tool to use with your staff as a short, engaging refresher. We encourage you to distribute it among your staff to help build a culture of safety where abuse cannot occur.

Aquatic Safety Quick Checks |
As we approach another busy holiday weekend, it is critical that leadership is present near the water. By regularly walking the pool deck or waterfront, you can ensure lifeguards are rescue ready, and they can clearly see that aquatic safety is a top priority coming from leadership. We encourage you to download our aquatic safety quick checks to use as a tool while you’re walking the pool decks and waterfronts this summer.
