We have had a great start to camp. We have had 771 campers through the month of June and over 50 diescions for Christ. It's so great to see the Chapel be used again for Worship! Everyone that I've talked to is so happy that we have a building again that can be used for Worship & Teaching. Thank you again for the support of this work. As you read below we will give you a Chapel breakdown of how we did financially. We have also given 74 scholarships equallying $12,035.00. They are not all 100% scholarships. We did not raise as much for scholarships this year, so we are using general fund resources to help kids come to camp. It's always been our policy that we will not turn away a child that wants to come to camp. If you would like to help us with the schalarship fund you can just send a check to the camp and mark it scholarships. You may also donate online and let us know its for scholarships. Compared to last year we have given 14 more scholarships. Please contiue to keep Hanging Rock in your prayers this summer as we go into the July Camps.

Kristin Boruff has served Hanging Rock since January 2013. She has mainly been the person that helps with facilities after groups has been here. But, she has also filled in the kitchen several times as well. Kristin has her servsafe certification and is looking forward to helping us make the dining experience FANTASTIC! She will be on the look out for some great volunteers in the kitchen!
