This week's Fiercely Forward Friday features a student whose Clemson Experience demonstrates the impact of interdisciplinary education and mentorship; "On The Ave" will not occur this summer due to the Downtown Streetscape Project.

• Faculty Senate recognized senators with major awards for their contributions.

• Students were selected for Dixon Global Policy and Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarships.

• The Clemson University Forest launched a Data Hub to expand research, recreation and stewardship. 

This week's Fiercely Forward Friday features Owen Eastman, whose Clemson Experience demonstrates the impact of interdisciplinary education and mentorship. Eastman combined interests across the humanities, law and public policy to build a uniquely broad academic experience. Through close relationships with faculty mentors and opportunities across multiple disciplines, he developed the skills and perspective that prepared him for admission to Harvard Law School.
