Indo Desert, LLC (“Indo Desert”), a Fort Worth, Texas-based Jack In The Box franchisee, has obtained a new senior secured term loan to refinance the existing debt on its nine unit operation. Indo Desert is owned and operated by long-time QSR franchisees Shehzad Gill, Sanjiv Bhagat and Jyoti Madhura. Auspex Capital acted as the financial advisor and debt placement agent to Indo Desert for this transaction.
