Dear Class of 2024 graduates,
Commencement 2024 at Vanderbilt University is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you! Graduates Day is scheduled for May 9, and the Commencement ceremony will be on May 10.
We will make an announcement soon about this year’s Graduates Day speaker and details, and we will share information about other Commencement-related events as they are finalized. For now, we are excited to share initial details about the Commencement ceremony on May 10.
Commencement Ceremony Location: Geodis Park
- The class of 2024 will have a unique backdrop for the undergraduate ceremony. The ceremony, scheduled for 9:30 a.m., will take place at Geodis Park, 501 Benton Ave., in Nashville.
- The 30,000-seat stadium, four miles from Vanderbilt’s campus, is Nashville’s newest sports and entertainment venue. Home to Nashville SC, Geodis Park is the largest soccer-specific stadium in the U.S. and Canada.
- The ceremony will happen rain or shine, and activities will be set up inside and around the outside of the stadium to provide students and their guests a place to socialize before and after the ceremony.
Guests unable to attend can view a livestream on the Commencement website.
