"Completing my principal licensure program at Lewis & Clark helped me learn more about myself and the impact I have as a leader of color and a woman in educational leadership. It also helped me navigate the obstacles and challenges that come with the work we do in education. The program, along with those who led it, prepared me to lead with greater confidence by providing relevant, practical content that I could apply the very next day in my day-to-day work as a building administrator."
