Since Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb extended – and strengthened – the stay-at-home order for Hoosiers on Monday via Executive Order 20-18, many of you have asked, “What about showings and open houses?”
Good question.
The order is left open to interpretation for a reason, we think. One, it would be impossible to list each scenario in the professional services category (legal, accounting, insurance, and real estate). Two, but most importantly, we believe Governor Holcomb is doing his best to keep businesses open and people working. That’s why he’s issuing orders two weeks at a time while his team monitors the virus’ impact, trusting Hoosiers to do the right thing to help stop the spread.
