Let's See What's CURRENT!
OUR NEWEST ST. LUKERS
This past Sunday we gathered to celebrate our 2022 Confirmation Class and welcomed them all as new partners here at St. Luke's. If you see them around, show them some love, and congratulate them on completing this part, and taking this huge step in their faith journey!
WE'RE ALL MISFITS!
Congrats on an amazing run of "Rudolf the Red Nose Reindeer Jr."

Shout out to all our young performers, and to all the volunteers and teaching artists who helped make this show a magical start to the Christmas Season!
CHRISTMAS AT ST. LUKE'S
A NEW YEAR IS LOADING...

Here are a couple things to look forward to in 2023...

Every Monday (6:30PM - 8:00PM at Foxtail Coffee on Sand Lake Rd.) starting January 9th, let’s get together for coffee (or tea… or hot chocolate). We’ll discuss thought-provoking topics and experiences, and some nights we'll just take time to connect with each other. This is the first of our High School Life Groups and we couldn't be more excited! Contact Brandon at bsangster@st.lukes.org for details.
Believe it or not... but we're about to have even more fun at Wednesday Night MIDPOINT as we start "MIDPOINT Theme Nights"!
The first Wednesday of every month will be a different theme. Come dressed to impress (or to make us laugh). Some themes will have some sort of game or activity associated with it. Either way, be ready for a great time!
Themes will be announced soon so stay current by staying connected to our email, Remind, and social media.
9th - 12th Graders... Join us for a night of rides and worship at “Rock the Universe” at Universal Studios.
Saturday, January 28th we will be hearing incredible worship from music artists Dante Bowe (formerly of Maverick City Music), We Are Messengers, Mathew West, & Cain; all while having an awesome night with food and rides. The tickets cost is $85. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, January 11th.

WEEKLY YOUTH MINISTRY PROGRAMMING
We invite youth (6th - 12th grade) to come home, and be a part of our weekly youth ministry programming here at St. Luke’s! We are excited to connect and engage with our youth and our adult leaders in Community, Worship, and Grade Groups. We want you to come and take part in all God is doing here as we continue to create a Christ-Centered group for middle and high school students where You Belong to Beloved Community, You Grow to Awaken Disciples, and You Serve to Reveal The Kingdom.

Weekly Youth Ministry Programming will break for the Christmas holiday, and resume on Sunday, January 8th, 2023.

Let's chat about the week's message over your favorite bowl of cereal (various kinds of cereal and milk options will be available). Both middle and high school youth are welcome to join.

Sunday Mornings at 9:30AM in The Youth Center...

THEN, Worship with Brandon and other youth (and youth leaders) in Founders Hall at 11:15AM. Walk over with Brandon after Breakfast Club, or find us there in "The Youth Section".
EVERY SUNDAY NIGHT (6:00PM - 8:00PM), our High School Youth are welcome to join us in The Youth Center for Sunday Night HIGHPOINT (Youth Ministry Programming for High Schoolers)

HIGHPOINT will be all about real connection, thought-provoking messages, and deep discussion (split by Grade Groups and led by our team of Adult Leaders).

Please note: While High School programming is on Sunday nights, High School students wishing to attend on Wednesdays will have the opportunity to help lead younger kids over in The Treehouse & youth in their small groups and rotations. Email Brandon Sangster at bsangster@st.lukes.org for more info about Youth Ministries. Email Lana Stevens at lstevens@st.lukes.org for more information on helping with Kids’ Ministry.
Wednesday Nights (6:00PM - 8:00PM) we want to welcome our Middle School Youth to join us for Wednesday Night MIDPOINT (Youth Ministry Programming for Middle Schoolers)

Check-In at 6:00PM in The Youth Center for MIDPOINT which will be a time for connection, high-energy games, a message, and discussion (split by Grade Groups and led by our team of Adult Leaders).
Parents…There's something for you too!

Each week (August-May) after a time of connection and worship, we will break off into Grade Groups. There, we will have fun and dive deep as we engage in relevant discussions about faith and how it impacts our lives and those around us.
Our amazing team of adult leaders plays a vital part in the ministry we get to do here, as we strive for authentic relationships and connect with our youth, leading to real “Be 1 of 5” discipleship and giving our students a sense of belonging.
If you’d like to be a Grade Group Leader, a Connect Host, a High School Life Group Leader (our newest opportunity to serve and connect with our youth), or another youth ministry volunteer opportunity, don't hesitate to get in touch with Brandon at bsangster@st.lukes.org. Now is the perfect time to jump in!
LIFE GROUPS ARE STARTING
High School Life Groups is something new we are starting this year and looking for leaders to connect with a group of high schoolers on a weekly basis outside of HIGHPOINT (our normal youth group time). These groups will be/form various affinity-based communities and held in The Youth Center or off-campus in a fitting public place. These groups will meet with a couple of adult leaders weekly for connection and discussion over some fun commonality — again, think youth affinity group. The leaders will schedule the day and time for their group.
Our first Life Group "Coffee Chat" will start on Monday, January 9th (6:30PM - 8:00PM) at Foxtail Coffee on Sand Lake Rd.
NOW IS A GREAT TIME TO JUMP IN
If you’d like to be a HIGH SCHOOL LIFE GROUP LEADER (our newest opportunity to serve and connect with our high school youth), or another youth ministry volunteer opportunity please email Brandon at bsangster@st.lukes.org.
