Last year, we worked in partnership with PolicyLink and the Fines & Fees Justice Center to launch Cities & Counties for Fine and Fee Justice, a national network of 10 localities committed to meaningful fines and fees reform that make a positive difference in the lives of low-income residents.

From coast-to-coast, our inaugural cohort made tangible reforms to fines and fees in their hometowns like ending debt-based driver’s license suspensions, reducing or eliminating the burden of jail phone call fees, and eliminating code enforcement fees.

Now we’re ready to do it again: we're launching the second cohort of Cities & Counties for Fine and Fee Justice in 2022. And we're hosting an information session on December 9 at 10 am PST / 1 pm EST on our upcoming Fine and Fee Justice Bootcamp, where you can learn how to be part of the second cohort.

The information session will highlight the work of the first cohort of Cities & Counties for Fine and Fee Justice, our upcoming Fine and Fee Justice Bootcamp, and how to apply for our second cohort in 2022.
