Powers Distinguished Fellow, Kristin Scott, professor of management
Kristin Scott, professor of management, was awarded the Powers Distinguished Fellowship in 2021, and the College renewed the fellowship this year. Her research has focused on workplace exclusion, dysfunctional organizational behavior, employee motivation and group dynamics.
