The U.S. Air Force Academy Association & Foundation has recently learned of the death of Brig. Gen. (Ret.) Robert H. Baxter, CS-24, Class of 1962. Gen. Baxter passed away on Oct. 28, 2025, in Somerville, New Jersey.

Interment will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery, 1 Memorial Ave., Arlington, Virginia.
