Good morning! Two Clemson students have earned Astronaut Scholarships. Softball advanced to the NCAA Super Regionals, Clemson presented the University Research, Scholarship and Artistic Achievement Awards, summer campus dining hours are available and more.

What to know today:

Honors students Regan O’Neill (mechanical engineering, pictured left) and Makenzie Jones (bioengineering, pictured right) were named 2025 Astronaut Scholars, a prestigious national award for exceptional undergraduate STEM students.

Clemson Softball defeated Kentucky yesterday to claim a Regional title and advance to the Super Regional round for the third time in program history in just five full seasons. The Tigers will face the Texas Longhorns in Austin, Texas beginning on Thursday at 9 p.m.

The College of Arts and Humanities (CAH) recognized 14 faculty and staff for their outstanding teaching and service during the Honors and Awards ceremony on April 11 and the spring College Meeting on May 7.

Clemson presented the University Research, Scholarship and Artistic Achievement Awards (URSAAA) during the annual Research Symposium to 20 faculty members who have achieved significant career milestones.

The Clemson Corps will host a community-wide Memorial Day service honoring America’s military on Sunday, May 25, at 4 p.m. at the Scroll of Honor Memorial. The service will feature the placing of a wreath, a 21-gun salute and the playing of "Taps."

Clemson Home's summer dining hours are available through June 6 for campus dining halls, restaurants and markets.
