Did you know YouTube started in 2005? 

Crazy, huh?
But in 2018 only a small percentage of REALTORS use video to market to prospects. This chart shows less than 20% use video to market their listings. This chart from "Bold Content Video" tells it all.
This list of the top 12 methods REALTORS use to market listings may look familiar... after all, we have been using it since 2005, with the exception of social networking (internet). 
Baby boomers thought virtual tours were awesome.  But  Millennials don't want to waste their time looking at slide shows.  Everything in life is at their fingertips. In fact, their mobile devices are an extension of their arm. 
Understanding Millennial Buyers
Millennials under the age of 36 account for 34 percent of all homebuyers, according to a report from the National Association of Realtors.
"First, millennials don’t want to talk on the phone – unless they call you.  So stop calling them." according to Jordan Scheltgen in his "CaveSocial" Blog.
Newsflash: millennials don’t want to talk on the phone with you. To be honest they barely speak with their friends and family on the phone.
So what is the answer?
Video.
According to NAR - 83% of Sellers want to use REALTORS who market with video... but only 15% of REALTORS do. Do I mean Podcasts?  No...Millennials have short attention spans.   
They want to walk through a home without making an appointment to see it. They want to see you tell them about it and the best features.... briefly.  Then, they want to know how to contact you to experience it for themselves.
