Physical therapists optimize quality of life by maintaining, restoring, and improving patient's abilities to move, function, and live more active lifestyles. Physical therapists examine each patient to develop a treatment plan to improve movement, reduce or manage pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
Prerequisite Requirements include courses in Human Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, Psychology, and Statistics.

Learn More About the Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program:
Occupational therapy promotes health, well-being, and participation by enabling people of all ages to participate in daily living activities. Occupational therapists focus on any meaningful activity that a person wants to accomplish, including taking care of themself and their family, working, volunteering, and going to school, among many others.
Prerequisite Requirements include courses on Human Anatomy and Physiology, Psychology, Sociology/Cultural Anthropology, and Statistics.
