Executive Director's Note |
In recent months, the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) has been providing free continuing education (CE) courses at several local trade associations offered to all licensees regardless of membership at those associations. We welcome and encourage questions directly from our real estate licensees and are pleased to offer an additional four hours of CE in Knoxville and Memphis in April and May, respectively. Licensees in Knoxville may earn eight additional hours of CE by attending the Commission meeting on April 8. Details about the meeting can be found on the Commission meeting calendar below.
Next week, TREC will roll out its RISC E&O insurance campaign. The website will go live on April 1, 2026. If you currently hold a RISC insurance policy, please be sure to update your coverage before July 1, 2026. The policy will be valid for two years and will expire on July 1, 2028.
