I’m fully compliant with the University’s vaccination requirement, but when I went to use the Daily Screener today, instead of the typical Green Pass screen, I got a screen that said that I don’t have an approved vaccination/exemption on file. What’s up with that?
We are getting a few scattered reports of people who should be getting a Green Pass screen (because they’re fully compliant) wrongly getting a different screen instead.
First off, we apologize, and we’re working to fix the problem.
Here’s what we recommend: if the Daily Screener is giving you the wrong screen, try doing it again. People who have gotten the wrong response on their first attempt have found that, when they try it once or twice again, they get the proper result.
However, if you have tried it three times and it hasn’t resolved itself and you are in full compliance with the University’s vaccination policy, please pull up a recent email generated when you previously received a Green Pass (every time you get a Green Pass, you get an accompanying verification email) and show it to the Campus Safety Officer at the door. We’re letting the Campus Safety Officers know about the issue.
