New Ecotime History Dashboard Update

The new Ecotime History Dashboard aims to simplify the process for managers, supervisors, and timekeepers to identify employees' pending retroactive adjustments to prior period timesheets. This enhancement streamlines the review and approval workflow by displaying timesheets with adjustments in a dashboard, reducing the need for manual searches

The new History Dashboard has the following benefits:

Improved Efficiency: No more manual searches through multiple pages of employees. The dashboard clearly shows how many timesheets with retroactive adjustments are pending approval.
Enhanced User Experience: The dashboard has a similar look and feel to the current pay period dashboard, making it easy to navigate.
Streamlined Review and Approval: The dashboard will include two drop-down options for bi-weekly and monthly pay period adjustments, allowing users to quickly identify and review pending adjustments.
Increased Productivity: By reducing the time spent on manual searches and review processes, you'll have more time to focus on other important tasks.

The new History Dashboard has the following benefits:

A user-friendly interface similar to the current pay period dashboard.
Two drop-down options for bi-weekly and monthly pay period adjustments.
Clear display of the amount and listing of timesheets with retroactive adjustments.
Notes on the amount of retroactive adjustments that have been approved and completed.
Inclusion of other statistics noted in the current dashboard.
