This award was created to support research projects with strong potential to develop pioneering discoveries for understanding the underlying biological mechanisms that govern normal human aging and its related physiological decline.

NIA Summer Training in Aging Research (STAR) Program
Deadline: February 19, 2025
STAR, part of the wider NIH Summer Internship Program in Biomedical Research, offers students eight-to-10-week paid internships with the NIA Intramural Research Program (IRP) in Baltimore or Bethesda, Maryland, or the NIH Center for Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias in Bethesda.

2025 Oklahoma Geroscience Symposium Travel Awards
