Summer Capstone Team Steps Up to B the Cause

Congratulations to the three B The Cause summer capstone teams, one of which earned a high score of 97, and two receiving a perfect score 140 score - with no deductions - during their sponsor company evaluations. Karla Santamaria, Be The Cause operations mentor, said,

"[The students] are all always prepared and gave me a mini presentation of everything I am looking for. ... They always demonstrate professionalism and teamwork."  
Michael Minor, founder and executive chair added, "Beyond technical skills, these young humans are developing leadership, teamwork, and the deeper qualities of being human - gifts that go beyond classroom instruction."

Fall YWCC Retreat Maps the Year Ahead

The fall YWCC retreat, led by Dean Payton, brought faculty and staff together to chart a roadmap for the year ahead. The day served as an incubator for ideas from the very people driving transformation in both technology and student success. Welcome to fall 2025!

TiE – NJ Meets on 79th Indian Independence Day to Discuss Future Tariff, Trade and Talent Flows Between the U.S. and India

TiE – NJ, led by current president Suresh Kumar, director of YWCC innovation and entrepreneurship programs, met on the 79th Indian Independence Day of August 15 in partnership with Choose New Jersey, Inc. and Governor Murphy’s NJ-India Commission to bring together entrepreneurial, academic and policy leaders to discuss the future of Tariff, Trade and Talent Flows between the U.S. and India.
