COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER TRAINING SESSIONS
Researchers in the Divisions of Epidemiology at VUMC and MMC are conducting a new NIH-funded study and would like to invite you to participate!
Adults between the ages of 40 and 70 who live in the southeast U.S. are needed for a new study. Compensation is provided.
The living environment in the southeast U.S. differs from other parts of the country due to climate, industry, and other factors. The goals of the Southern Environmental Health Study are to better understand how the environment we live in and the experiences in our lives may affect our health. By partnering with scientists and healthcare providers across the southeast U.S., we plan to recruit 50,000 study participants. Join today to help us improve the health of your community.
If you are a parent, teacher, counselor, or health worker who wants to motivate or mentor youth interested in health careers, we want to work with you. The Meharry Vanderbilt Alliance is a 25-year partnership that advances the shared interests and efforts between Meharry Medical College and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The Alliance is an epicenter of collaboration, capacity-building and community engagement in Nashville and with your partnership, we can strengthen our capacity to help diversify medicine.
