The 2026-27 Second Amended Draft 9% QAP and the 2026-27 First Amended Draft 4% QAP are now available for public comment through 4:30 pm CST on January 21, 2026.

A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 21, from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. CST, offering an overview of key updates and an opportunity to provide feedback. Participants may attend either in person, at the Iowa Finance Authority office at 1963 Bell Ave. in Des Moines or virtually with advance registration.

Questions and written comments may also be submitted to housingtaxcredits@iowafinance.com by the public comment deadline.
