Communicating the Value of Mediation

Mediation is a problem solving path to resolving conflict. "Conflict" generally means a problem and problems are difficult topics of conversation. Therefore most REALTORS do not proactively discuss mediation with their clients because to do so means broaching the subject of potential problems. No one wants to discuss the fact that something might go wrong. However, the fact that "stuff can happen" is a reality of real estate transactions so this conversation is a REALTORS duty to their client.
Join us on October 17th (10:00am-11:30am) for the next Professionalism Exchange: Communicating the Value of Mediation. Hear from a panel of experienced mediators about the benefits of mediation and how to share that value with your clients. Click here to register (once logged in, click "Events and then "Upcoming Meetings").

The proposed 2018 Budget and Capital Improvement Program will be released on Friday, November 3rd with two public hearings scheduled for November 15th and December 6th with a final vote on December 20th. Visit www.lowermerion.org for the most up-to-date information.
