A systematic review of nudges to improve clinical decision-making by Alison Buttenheim, Nandita Mitra, Rinad Beidas, Briana Last, and colleagues finds that nudges that change default options or enable choice are the most effective. 
A recent JAMA study led by Aditi Vasan reveals that states requiring in-person benefit reloading for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) saw a 9.3% decrease in WIC participation during the pandemic relative to states that offered online renewal.
