What's happening at Northgate?

While we don't have a great deal of information to report at this time, here is what we can tell you that is happening at Northgate and the building rehab project.
NESA's front office had a makeover and the staff and volunteers who work at the front desk will get to enjoy brand new desks and ergonomical furniture upon their return!
Lorac Construction is the company who was awarded the third-party construction contract to complete the building's rehabilitation work. Please click here for the project overview.
The pavement and asphalt at the front of the building has been removed in preparation for replacement. Click here for a photo.
Perimeter fencing has also been put up in select areas at this time and we expect more equipment and machinery to be moved into these spaces in the coming weeks, As we have more updates to share we will send them your way!
