As part of the Passionist Family, I was invited to join our 34th Provincial Chapter this past June. The focus of our time together was change and transition. As we all know, life is ever changing; it is an inevitable part of the human experience. During any of our changes, you have always walked with us, as a member of the Passionist family, sharing in God’s love as expressed in the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Jesus. Your friendship has provided comfort in so many ways.
We know as we move into our future, we will be challenged by our ever changing world. More resources will need to be devoted to the training of our future leaders, both lay and vowed, the cost of caring for our senior Passionists will continue to be present and our many ministries will continue to need support.
As we Passionists plan for our future, we hope you will continue to partner with us not only in prayer but by considering a planned gift. We are seldom able to control change, but by considering a charitable gift annuity, a bequest or by assigning a beneficiary designation to the Passionists in your IRA or other retirement assets, you provide hope and stability to the Passionists and those we serve.
