Campaign Timing: Live between October 2025 - March 2026 at an investment level of $200,000 with Expedia, with the intent to optimize and continue after the 6 month test pending final performance.
Neighborhood-Specific Landing Pages: The core of the campaign is a series of dedicated Expedia landing pages, with each page focused on a specific Austin neighborhood, including North, East, West, South, Central and Downtown. Each landing page offers travelers a full view of the neighborhood experience, featuring a regional hero image, details on unique experiences, and nearby points of interest, leading directly into the curated hotel listings.
Exclusive Hotel Listings: These pages are designed to drive engagement and conversion specifically for TPID partner hotels. Only TPID Select Service and Extended Stay properties – defined as any hotel with fewer than 5,000 square feet of meeting space – will populate in these searches.
Seamless Hotel Integration: Property details, sales, and special rates are automatically pulled from each hotel's organic Expedia listing, ensuring no lift is required from the partner hotels to participate. Properties should work with Expedia market managers to optimize their listings for maximum impact and make sure photography is updated.
