Happy Summer, Villanova Family!
By July, I imagine that we're all fully settled into our summer routines—summer jobs and internships are underway and some families may be sneaking out of town on vacation. No matter where you and your family are on the summer schedule, I hope you're enjoying some downtime and staying cool.
Here on campus, our offices are preparing for our Wildcats' return in August. Below, you'll find a few pieces of information to help you plan alongside your Villanovan as the new semester approaches.
Please email or call me with questions. I look forward to connecting with you over the next several weeks!

It's time to start making move-in plans! Returning resident students should plan to move in to the Cabrini and Villanova campuses from Friday, Aug. 21-Sunday, Aug. 23. In late July, the Office for Residence Life will email your Villanovan with important instructions on signing up for a date and time to move in to their residence hall or apartment.
Families with Wildcats living on the Cabrini Campus can look forward to receiving an Arrival Guide in the mail prior to move-in. We will have plenty of signage and Villanova staff and faculty on hand to welcome everyone home during your selected move-in date and time.

Health Insurance Reminder |
|
|
|
Health insurance is mandatory for all undergraduate matriculated students, international students and law school students. The insurance waiver and enrollment period for the Fall 2026 semester is now open. Students are required to complete the waiver or enroll each year during their time at Villanova.
If your Villanovan has health insurance coverage that will cover medical expenses when in Villanova, Pennsylvania, they can opt out of Villanova’s health insurance plan. If coverage is not waived by Friday, Sept. 4, your student will be responsible for the charge. Complete details and requirements can be found on the Student Health Center's Health Insurance Information and Requirements page under the "Undergraduate Matriculated Students (Domestic and International) drop down.
Once your waiver is approved, the charge will be removed from your student's account.

If your senior has not yet ordered their class ring, they have until Friday, July 31 to place an order at
balfour.com/villanova to receive it in time for the Ring Blessing Ceremony during Family Weekend on Friday, Sept. 25. This cherished tradition gathers seniors and their families together for a blessing of each individual ring before they are presented in a custom cherry ring box embossed with the Villanova University seal.

Whether they'd like to pursue singing, dancing, acting or playing an instrument, remind them that the best way to connect with Student Performing Arts is through the the Arts@Nova survey. Once completed, they'll get all the information and next steps.
