It's Time to Scale the Summit ⛰️
Challenge yourself and join your fellow Y members this summer in the Scale the Summit Challenge.
All members and staff are eligible. Join the 6-week challenge online for free in the YMCA Mobile App where you can track your progress and see the progress of your fellow participants.
You can also track your progress in your wellness center — get your trail marker decal at the front desk. After each workout, log your progress in the mobile app and/or move your trail marker. Start at the TRAILHEAD and move throughout the weeks to BASECAMP and SUMMIT, earning prizes along the way.Â
Workouts can be walking, running, cycling, a fitness class, swimming or any workout completed in your YMCA or outdoors. The key is to step it up!
The YMCA of Metro Denver invites you to a luncheon featuring guest speaker Tanya Haave, Colorado legend and accomplished athlete.
Join us to celebrate the life-changing impact of access to sports and the role we can all play in ensuring every girl has the opportunity to step onto the court, find her voice and rise. Discover how YMCA Youth Sports sparks that journey for girls across our community, and connect with others who are passionate about building confident leaders and thriving communities.

Mental Health Awareness Month: Caring for Ourselves and One Another
May is Mental Health Awareness Month — a reminder that caring for our health includes caring for our minds, too. At the Y, we believe strong communities are built when people feel supported, connected and seen.
Simple Ways to Support Mental Health:
Ask "How are you?" and make space for honest answers.
Lead with empathy, kindness and compassion in everyday interactions.
Pay attention when someone may be having a difficult day or going through a hard time.
Encourage those who may be struggling to seek support and connect with helpful resources.Â
➡️ If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
