In memory of Reverend Desmond Tutu, we highlight the School of Art's Human Rights Portfolio, which is part of the Ewing Gallery Collection and on long-term exhibit in the Howard Baker Rotunda of the College of Law. The print portfolio includes an introduction by Reverend Tutu and works by both Black and white South African artists. Research Awards Update

As of January 2022, researchers in the College of Arts and Sciences have submitted more than $80 million in grant requests. New awards total $25.5 million, which is the highest in more than a decade. Congratulations to all our researchers and support staff who have helped position our college for great things in the future!
