| McLaughlin Trial Advocacy Workshop Sees Participation Double |
The Denis F. McLaughlin Advanced Trial Advocacy Workshop has commenced this week at the Seton Hall School of Law, marking the sixth year of the program. The esteemed course is offered to select students intending to advance in the profession as trial lawyers and includes daily keynote addresses from leading trial lawyers and judges. The course culminates in the practical application of the knowledge and skills developed in the program with the students serving as attorneys in simulated trials presided over by Federal judges. This year the Office of the Provost and School of Law are thrilled to share that 30 undergraduate students seeking experiential learning in the area of public law and legislation are scheduled to serve as jurors for the simulated trials. More information can be found here.
