Oklahoma was well represented at 2015 Law Enforcement Torch Run®International Conference. Our very own Amy Wollmershauser received the 2015 LETR Athlte of the Year and Sgt. Shawn Byrne from Oklahoma City Police Department recieved the John Carion Award.
