• June 4 - Graduation ceremony at University of Delaware Football stadium.
Gates open at 3:30 PM to ticket holders only. Guests must remember to fill out QR health screening for entry. The ceremony will be live-streamed on the William Penn website

• June 4 - Special Board of Education Meeting - 7 p.m. (virtual)

• June 11 - Last day of school for Pre-K - 11 

• June 15 - Board of Education meeting- 7 p.m. (virtual)

Summer office hours:
Starting on Monday, June 21, 2021, We will follow a summer office hours schedule.
• District office Reception Desk and WP Main Office: 
- Open to the public: Monday-Thursday (8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.)

• All other schools: 
- Open to Public: Monday & Tuesday (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
- Virtually: Wednesday & Thursday (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

All school and offices are closed on Fridays from June 18th to August 6th

Information will be shared about how to communicate with office staff when the buildings are closed to the public soon. 

All Colonial students can take advantage of summer learning programs with an in-person and virtual option.
