This Friday, Dec. 13, is your chance to celebrate Denison’s 193rd birthday!

On Friday, we will commemorate 193 years since Denison’s founding in 1831 — and we hope you’ll join the party! Help us celebrate 1831 Day by making a gift in honor of Denison’s birthday. The first 250 Denisonians to make a gift of $183.10 will receive a commemorative keepsake to remind you of “the home we love so well.”
Thank you for being an essential part of our Denison family. Let’s make this 1831 Day truly unforgettable on December 13!

David recently retired from his dental practice after 40 years of dentistry in Lorain, Ohio.

Lou was recently promoted to partner at the international law firm, Proskauer.

Amanda recently became the Deputy Sector Commander for the United States Coast Guard Sector Lower Mississippi in Memphis, Tenn.

Dave Leonard ’87 was preparing to serve as a DJ for a wedding in Big Indian, N.Y. when a groomsman commented on the Denison sticker on the back of Leonard’s truck. It turns out the bride, groom, and several guests were Denisonians, which made the reception even more celebratory. Congratulations to the happy couple, Joe Brunk ʼ16 and Ellen Mullen-Jayes ʼ16, who were wed on Sept. 23!

Due to recent policy changes by Google, Denison is updating storage limits and access to Google accounts for Denison alums. Learn more about the planned changes, with implementation beginning in January 2025. Action is required if you wish to continue using your Denison email address.
