Mark your calendar for Healthy Kids Day on April 26, which we'll be celebrating at the Aurora and Southwest YMCAs.

Luka Nieto’s passion for civic engagement has led him from the YMCA’s Youth in Government program to the national stage. As a Youth Advocate for Colorado, he will represent the YMCAs of Colorado at YMCA National Advocacy Days in Washington, D.C., from March 2 - 5, alongside Chris Coker, CEO of the YMCA of Northern Colorado & Southern Wyoming

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a free, 12-week program that helps cancer survivors improve health. LIVESTRONG classes teach exercise methods that are safe for people who have cancer.

People in the LIVESTRONG program show progress in many areas. Participants feel stronger, more flexible and more energetic. They learn practices that last beyond the program, exercise in a safe location and enjoy the community at the YMCA. 

If cancer has impacted your life, this class can help.
