Dear Faculty, Administrators and Staff,
I hope you are all enjoying the first few days of the fifth annual Contemplative Community Week, which began yesterday and continues through November 22. This week-long celebration of meditation, prayer and contemplative practices is a great opportunity for our community to promote holistic well-being, engage more thoughtfully in our studies, and strengthen our personal and communal connections. Please refer to the full schedule and additional resources for more details on how you can get involved.
In addition to Contemplative Community Week, I’d also like to highlight an upcoming event for our graduate students: the Graduate Student Wine and Cheese Social during Christmas at The Hall. On December 3, from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. in the 4th Floor Atrium in Jubilee Hall, the Office of Graduate Affairs will host this festive gathering for new and continuing graduate students.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for students to connect with their peers, enjoy light food and beverages and participate in one of our most beloved campus traditions—the Christmas at The Hall event, which culminates in the tree lighting on the campus green. Faculty members who have evening classes on that date are welcome to stop in with your students to join in the festivities. Click here for more information and to register.

| P-PAC in the News: Pre-Health Network Continues to Grow
The Pre-Professional Advising Center (P-PAC) continues to strengthen its support for aspiring healthcare professionals through an expanding mentorship network. With a rising number of pre-medical students, the P-PAC values mentorship as an essential component of academic and personal growth. By connecting freshmen with upperclassmen mentors and partnering with Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine to pair undergraduates with medical student mentors, the P-PAC ensures that students have access not only to expert advising but also to a peer network that understands their journey. Assigning Zeros: Enter zeros for missed assignments after the due date to ensure accurate grade calculations.
- Misplaced Assignments: Place assignments in the correct group to prevent grading rule errors.
